  •  Conducted user research and behavioral analysis, utilizing data-driven design decisions to identify pain points in the cycling experience and create interactions and workflows tailored to user needs.

  • Led the visual design of the product interface, including color schemes, visual language, and clear visual communication, ensuring the product's aesthetic appeal and usability.

  • Designed and iterated on UI prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD, optimized through usability testing and A/B testing to enhance user experience.

  • Developed a WeChat Mini Program based on the design, validating the feasibility of the design concept, and supporting data display and user interaction with the device.

  • Collaborated with Professor Sun Yanqiu's team on exoskeleton patent technology. Completed a market research report on civilian exoskeleton applications. Conducted user interviews, analysed competitors in lower limb exoskeletons, and studied market trends to identify key issues: cumbersome adjustment steps, difficulty in single-person operation, and poor body fit.

  • Designed an inner-wear exoskeleton and conducted CMF research. Optimised product structure and materials for mass production using 3D printing. Developed the final model and conducted model testing. Led two rounds of prototype testing and ergonomic iterations, with the product scheduled for market launch in 2024.

  • Analysed data on intelligent mobile lifestyle trends to gain a deep understanding of Cainiao Station's system and business map, resulting in a comprehensive logistics industry trend analysis report.

  • Proposed innovative design concepts for the Cainiao Station pickup system to enhance efficiency.

  • Developed a drive-through pickup service to offer a more convenient experience for car users.

  • Completed the service system design for the smart car station and the UI information framework for the Cainiao Guoguo App's car version, including high-fi prototypes and user testing.

  • Collaborated with Cainiao Network's product design department to refine the design of station function robots and the smart basket system.
