Coursera: Shaping the Future of Learning
In this project, our team reimagined the future of education through the development of a strategic framework for Coursera. We focused on bridging the gap between traditional and digital learning by integrating micro-credentials with traditional degree programs. Our approach emphasized the importance of lifelong learning, enabling learners to acquire industry-relevant skills that are recognized and valued by global employers. By conducting in-depth research, including SWOT analysis and user journey mapping, we identified key opportunities for Coursera to enhance its offerings and address the evolving needs of learners in a rapidly changing educational landscape.
