I'm Anki, a service and product designer with a strong foundation in UX and CMF design.

With experience in both China and the UK, I've collaborated with top companies like Alibaba and the London government, developing innovative solutions for diverse users. I hold a BA in Product Design from Jiangnan University and a MA in Service Design from the Royal College of Art. My passion lies in creating user-centered designs that make a global impact.
